We’re pretty passionate about quality food.

We use grass-fed beef, free-range chicken and all organic produce whenever possible.  The milk in our recipes is either raw or non-homogenized.  We avoid dairy that contains growth hormones and food that’s been genetically engineered or modified.

But we’re also on a budget … and we live in the real world … and we are all doing the best we can.

So we’ll get off our soap-box now and start cooking 🙂
