  1. crazy morning at work….started with some carrots, then my co-worker brought in some brownie/cookies with peppermint kiss in the middle….had to cave…was great with my morning coffee..

  2. Usually I have cherrios with a banana and Pomegranate seeds. But this morning my husband was ambitious before leaving for work and made me an eggnog waffle and he put banana slices on it. I had pomegranate juice instead of the seeds today.

  3. I had a piece of sourdough (not nearly as good as the cowboy’s– I crave those english muffins almost every morning… sigh) toasted with pepper jack cheese and mushed avocado

  4. Oatmeal with cinnamon, brown sugar, raisins, almonds & walnuts and banana. Yeah nothing you haven’t thought of before, but it’s a Monday-Friday staple.

  5. Pancakes made with almond flour ,homemade yogurt(thanks girlfriend!) , farm eggs (Teri’s) and honey from bees near Wilsall. Taste like crepes!!
