Here’s a quick breakfast that mom and child both approve of!
French Toast You Can Feel Good About
What you need:
2-3 pieces sprouted whole wheat bread (I like Ezekiel or Alvarado St. brands)
2 organic eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp organic, unrefined coconut oil
pure maple syrup
skillet
What to do:
Start by combing eggs, coconut milk and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
Stir well and then soak bread in the batter matter for a minute on each side.
Cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes a side. Top with pure maple syrup.
Enjoy!
